In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application:-
25/00330/S73 Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act to vary condition 5 to planning permission 20/00337/OUTEIA to increase the number of dwellings permissible from up to 350 to up to 420 at Land At Daresbury Park Warrington WA4 4BB
