Town And Country Planning Act 1990 - Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
25/1080/HSE/KM: 23 Warren Road, Bushey Heath, Bushey, WD23 1HU. Conversion of loft to habitable space to include rear dormer, insertion of 2x front rooflights and removal of chimney stack. Reason: Conservation Area.
25/0976/REM/AKA: Land At Sutcliffe Close And Rear Of 5 - 14 Ford Close, Bushey. Application for the approval of reserved matters relating to appearance, landscaping, layout and scale following application permission 23/1135/OUT for the erection of 27 dwellings, with associated car/cycle parking, landscaping and access from Sutcliffe Close. Reason: Major Development.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at; www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
