What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.

TWC/2025/0535 – Site of former Shropshire Star, Ketley Business Park, Ketley – Variation of condition 26 of planning permission TWC/2024/0510 to amend the parking and layout, including the increase in overall size of each parking space and the reduction of overall car parking spaces from 126 to 116 spaces

TWC/2025/0537 – The Brewery Inn, High Street, Coalport – Variation of condition 14 on TWC/2024/0259 to facilitate alterations to the design of the screen to the existing passageway and alterations of style to the rear door to the entrance corridor/wc block

TWC/2025/0539 – 3 Cherry Tree Hill, Coalbrookdale – Erection of a replacement side extension

TWC/2025/0541 – The Bungalow, Church Road, Jackfield – Erection of a single storey front, side and rear extension and demolition of existing conservatory

TWC/2025/0544 & TWC/2025/0545 – 7 Allscott, Telford – Erection of a porch to west elevation (Full Planning & Listed Building Applications)

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at

planning.control@telford.gov.uk

and need to be received by 4 th September 2025 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
