NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

LBC/000540/25 – Listed Building Consent for extension to existing nursing home to provide additional 25no. bedroom dementia unit, restoration and incorporation of existing listed buildings to form link to proposed new build at Bryn Edwin Hall Residential Home, Northop Road, Flint Mountain, Flint. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).

FUL/000584/25 – Converting one commercial unit into three at 23 - 25, Church Street, Flint. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

LBC/000595/25 & FUL/000594/25 – Listed Building Consent & Planning Application for proposed erection of single storey side and rear extensions, erection of two storey store together with renovations and alterations to existing dwelling at Pen y Glasdir, Picton Road, Pen-y-ffordd, Holywell. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 29th August 2025 on our website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire.
