REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal by Campeys of Selby Ltd relating to the

application to North Yorkshire Council for Outline

planning application with all matters reserved

except for means of access for storage/distribution

use (Class B8) with HGV parking and ancillary uses

including vehicle servicing workshop at Land

Adjacent to A19 Roundabout, Selby Bypass, Selby

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State

will hold an inquiry opening on the date shown

above to decide the appeal. Members of the public

may attend the inquiry and, at the Inspector’s

discretion, express their views.
