PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Restoration of brickwork to South and East elevations by removal of paint, spalled and irreparable bricks to be replaced with reclaimed bricks to match and repointed with lime mortar where necessary, facade to be cleaned with brick wash tint at The Old Vicarage Vicar Lane Eastrington DN14 7QF (Ref: 25/02078/PLB)
b) Refurbishment works to hall, circulation, forming offices and classrooms, including installation of matching windows to curtain walling, following removal of existing spandrel panels; 2.4 metre high internal high glazed curtain walling and associated alterations to internal walls, doors and ceilings at Goole Academy Centenary Road Goole DN14 6AN (Ref: 25/02164/PLB)
c) Erection of a single storey extension to rear at 3 Dove Gardens Howden DN14 7RZ (Ref: 25/01839/PLF)
Proposal (c) is within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,b) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
