PLAN/2025/0638/JS: Section 73 application to vary Conditions 02 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2022/1102 (Planning permission for the erection of a single storey front extension with an open canopy to the front, part two storey / part first floor extension including the raising of the ridge height and replacement roof and a glazed link between the main church building and the extension. Alterations to fenestration. (amended plans)) Variation of Condition 02 to allow the scheme to be reduced to a single storey rear extension.
