Datblygiad bwriedig sylweddol ar Gwersyllfa Forest Holidays, Beddgelert. LL55 4UU Hysbysir yma fod Forest Holidays Ltd., wedi cyflwyno cais cynllunio (NP2/11/31P) i Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri, am ganiatâd cynllunio i Amnewid 85 o leiniau carafanau a gwersylla gyda 22 caban gwyliau hunanarlwyo, hunangynhwysol, sy’n agored drwy gydol y flwyddyn. Codi adeilad derbynfa a chaffi newydd, darparu cyfleusterau ategol, tirlunio a gwelliannau bioamrywiaeth Gall aelodau o’r cyhoedd archwilio copïau o’r cais, y cynlluniau, ac unrhyw ddogfennau eraill a gyflwynwyd gydag ef yn Swyddfa’r Parc Cenedlaethol, Penrhyndeudraeth yn ystod oriau gwaith arferol. Gallwch hefyd ymweld a safle we’r Awdurdod ar www.eryri-npa.gov.uk i edrych ar y dogfennau cyhoeddus hawlfrantiedig a gyflwynwyd gyda’r cais.

Dylai unrhyw un sydd am gyflwyno sylwadau ynglyn â’r cais eu hanfon yn ysgrifenedig at y Cyfarwyddwr Cynllunio & Treftadaeth Diwylliannol, Penrhyndeudraeth, cyn pen fewn 21 diwrnod o ymddangosiad y Rhybudd hwn. Bydd pob llythyr a dderbynir ar gael i’w archwilio gan y cyhoedd, yn cynnwys yr ymgeisydd. SNOWDONIA NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER, 1995 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION UNDER ARTICLE 8 

Proposed major development on Forest Holidays Campsite, Beddgelert. LL55 4UU I give notice that Forest Holidays Ltd., have submitted a planning application (NP2/11/31P) to the Snowdonia National Park Authority, for planning permission for Replacement of 85 caravan and camping pitches with 22 year-round, self-contained, self-catering holiday cabins. 

Erection of a new reception and café building, provision of ancillary facilities, landscape planting and biodiversity enhancement Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and any other documents submited with it at the Snowdonia National Park Authority Offices, Penrhyndeudraeth during normal office hours. 

You can also visit the Authority’s website at www.snowdonia-npa.gov.uk to view the copyrighted public documents submitted with the application. 

These can be accessed by selecting “Planning “ link from the home page. Choose “Planning Applications” from the menu. Persons wishing to make representations concerning the application should do so in writing to the Director of Planning and Cultural Heritage, Penrhyndeudraeth, within 21 days of the appearance of this Notice. 

All letters received will be available for inspection by the public, including the applicant. Observations can also be sent by email to cynllunio@eryri.llyw.cymru
