The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/25/099168/RMMAJ Land South East of South Lancashire Industrial Estate Lockett Road Ashton-in-Makerfield WN4 8DE. Application for the approval of reserved matters pursuant to planning permission
A/21/92036/OUTMAJ for landscape, layout and scale for a section of the estate road to serve the wider industrial estate. The Council has received the following planning application which affects a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.
A/25/099257/FULL Land South Of Winstanley House Red Rock Lane Haigh Wigan. Erection of stable block and midden along with formation of access track and parking area, in connection with use of land for equestrian purposes.
A/25/099283/MAJOR Ashton Bears ARLFC Low Bank Road Ashton-in-makerfield Wigan. Installation of new LED floodlighting, comprising four 15m high columns. The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Green Hill
A/25/099327/HH 288 Wigan Lane Wigan WN1 2RN. Single storey rear extension, new bay window at lower ground floor level and rebuild at ground and first floor levels together with external alterations including replacement and additional windows and render to front. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Ashton In Makerfield Town Centre.
A/25/099389/FULL 67 Gerard Street Ashton-in-Makerfield Wigan WN4 9AG. New shopfront as part of the Grant Scheme. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
