Notice is hereby given that North Somerset Council intends to enter into an Option Agreement for the grant of an Easement over a length of approximately 33m of land within the Strawberry Line at Yanel Farm, Churchill for the laying of cables in connection with a proposed solar farm on adjoining land.
The Strawberry Line is used for public recreation. This order is required because of carriageway patching and will become operative on 26 August 2025, anticipated to be of 2 days. The working hours will be 8am to 4pm. Temporary Prohibition of Use by Pedestrians Order 2025

This order is required because of the likelihood of danger to the public consequent upon work by Wales & West Utilities to replace 262.88m of old metallic gas mains with 262.88m of new plastic mains and renew/transfer approx. 43 service pipes to adjacent premises. This order will become operative on the 8 September 2025 for a maximum period of six months. However, the closures may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only as necessitated by the works which is anticipated to be of 53 days in duration.
