NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Chasefield House, 888 Fishponds Road, Bristol BS16 3XB.
Notice is given that HAS 7 Limited are applying to the Secretary of State for Planning Permission and for relevant demolition of an unlisted building in a conservation area for Conversion of existing care home (Use Class C2) to provide two separate, large Sui Generis HMO’s (1no. 9 bedroom and 1no. 10 bedroom) together with associated external alterations to the building.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/ guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20250113- chasefield-house-888-fishponds-road-bristol-bs16-3xb at Citizen Service Point, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.
