What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION 

Proposed development at: Various locations within Littleborough, between grid coordinates SD93341609 and SD93651620 at Riverstone Bridge; at SD9341614 (Charles Street); SD93591621 (Peel Street); SD94011653 (Foam Converters); SD94051682 (Lower Town House Brook); SD93651717 (Carriage Drive); SD94451750 (Gale West); and SD94601753 (Gale East). 

Take notice that application is being made by: The Environment Agency For planning permission to: Allow 'as built' changes to the approved Rochdale & Littleborough Flood Risk Management Scheme - Phase 1a Littleborough by applying to not comply with conditions attached to planning permission ref. 20/00082/FUL. 

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure. This notice is for publication in a local newspaper. 

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 

'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
