What is planned?
The following applications have been received:-
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA - P0923/25/FUL - Change of use from vehicle dismantling (sui generis) and repairs (B2) plus the storage of depolluted cars to Class B2 Engineering including external storage (retrospective) - Central Engineering Works, Lower Lydbrook, Lydbrook.
WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING/AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P0832/25/LBC - Listed building consent for minor internal alterations, existing glazed opening and the provision of a ventilation flue on the east-facing roof slope to replace a rooflight to Coach House and creation of a small entrance lobby in the northern building - Abenhall Manor, Church Lane, Abenhall, Mitcheldean.
AFFECTING THE SETTING A LISTED BUILDING - P0877/25/FUL - Erection of a single storey commercial garage/workshop/storage - Pool Cottage, Main Road, Huntley.
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA/WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING/AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P0819/25/LBC - Listed building consent for external and internal alterations and demolition of existing porch - The Armoury Hall, Dean Road, Newnham.
AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY - MAJOR DEVELOPMENT - P0787/25/FUL - Erection of a free range poultry house and associated infrastructure - Bovone Farm, Bovone Lane, Tibberton.
Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above.
Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 3rd September 2025. Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
