WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2025/00783: Market Rasen: Prospect Place Ltd: Land East Gordon Field & South Chapel St: Outline application to erect 32 dwelling all matters reserved (major app)
b) WL/2025/00796: Market Rasen: J Alcock: Land at Caistor Rd: reserved matters application for creation of road (affects right of way)

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
