The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

3. Provision of new landscaping schemes for sites at the Barbara Hepworth building and the former Edith Key building at Edith Key and Barbara Hepworth sites, University Of Huddersfield, Queensgate, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91824. 

4. Erection of single storey rear extension at 20, Slack Lane, Outlane, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91884. 

5. Variation of condition 2 (plans) of previous permission 2020/93954 for erection of 42 dwellings and associated works at Land at, Lingards Road, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91887. The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting 

6. Use of dwelling as a holiday let at 16, Kaffir Road, Edgerton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/92000. 

7. Erection of rear extension and rear dormers and alterations to roof at Mellbreak, 161, Causeway Side, Linthwaite, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91943. The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting 

8. Erection of first floor rear extension at 1-2, Well Hill, Underbank Old Road, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/91883. 

9. Variation of condition 2 (plans) on previous permission 2024/91141 for erection of single storey lean-to extension, internal refurbishment, erection of accessible ramps and patio area at Honley Library, West Avenue, Honley, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/91982. 

10. Erection of first floor rear extension and rear dormer at 6, Wasp Nest Road, Fartown, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91873. 

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

13. Erection of single storey rear extension at 20, Slack Lane, Outlane, Huddersfield (Footpath No. HUD/434/20). Application No. 2025/91884. 

14. Listed Building Consent to replace guttering at 4, Marsh Hall, Marsh Hall Lane, Thurstonland, Huddersfield (Footpath No. KIR/252/10). Application No. 2025/91957.

15. Variation of condition 2 (plans) of previous permission 2020/93954 for erection of 42 dwellings and associated works at Land at, Lingards Road, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield (Footpath Nos. COL/177/10 & COL/133/10). Application No. 2025/91887. 

16. Variation of conditions 5 (plans), 29 (ecological design strategy), 32 (site access works and road marking improvements), 33 (internal estate streets scheme), 34 (play area), 37 (information boards), 39 (vehicle parking areas surface and drainage) and 41 (bin storage area and waste collection point) of previous permission 2023/93503 for outline application for residential development of 82 dwellings and associated works, with layout and access as considerations at Land off, Roslyn Avenue, Netherton, Huddersfield (Footpath Nos. HUD/228/10 & HUD/223/40).

The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development 

17. Variation of condition 12 (boundary treatments) on previous permission for reserved matters application pursuant to outline permission 2016/91479 (appeal no APP/Z4718/W/17/3173711) for erection of 22 dwellings at Land at, Hart Street, Newsome, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91968.
