3. Provision of new landscaping schemes for sites at the Barbara Hepworth building and the former Edith Key building at Edith Key and Barbara Hepworth sites, University Of Huddersfield, Queensgate, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91824.
4. Erection of single storey rear extension at 20, Slack Lane, Outlane, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91884.
5. Variation of condition 2 (plans) of previous permission 2020/93954 for erection of 42 dwellings and associated works at Land at, Lingards Road, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. 16. Variation of conditions 5 (plans), 29 (ecological design strategy), 32 (site access works and road marking improvements), 33 (internal estate streets scheme), 34 (play area), 37 (information boards), 39 (vehicle parking areas surface and drainage) and 41 (bin storage area and waste collection point) of previous permission 2023/93503 for outline application for residential development of 82 dwellings and associated works, with layout and access as considerations at Land off, Roslyn Avenue, Netherton, Huddersfield (Footpath Nos. HUD/228/10 & HUD/223/40).

The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development
17. Variation of condition 12 (boundary treatments) on previous permission for reserved matters application pursuant to outline permission 2016/91479 (appeal no APP/Z4718/W/17/3173711) for erection of 22 dwellings at Land at, Hart Street, Newsome, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91968.
