(DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015
NOTICE OF PLANNING APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Bowmer & Kirkland (on behalf of the Department for Education) and Essex County Council has applied to Essex County Council for planning permission for the following development: Change of use from agricultural land to a soft informal and social area for use by school pupils and staff at the nearby Helena Romanes School, including the siting of a toilet block, drainage works, access and landscaping.
Location: Greenfield site adjacent to Buttleys Lane, Great Dunmow, CM6 1SH. The proposed development supplements the existing planning permission for the all-through school approved under LPA reference CC/UTT/90/20, providing essential outdoor recreational space for the school.
This notice is published in accordance with Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, as Certificate C has been completed – the applicant is unaware of the names and addresses of all the owners of the land to which the application relates. Members of the public may view the application and submit comments online once validated and by writing to the Planning Department, Essex County Council. County Hall, Chelmsford, CM1 1QH. A Site Notice will also be publicised at the Site providing further details on the consultation for the application. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
