PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT 

a) Construction of 1.8m high screen wall of reclaimed bricks and timber gate to rear separating garden and parking area at 57 North Bar Within Beverley HU17 8DG (Ref: 25/01907/PLF) 

b) Proposed erection of part two storey, part first floor extension to rear, application of render to side and the installation of three doors and a window to side at Pheast 6 Hull Road Hessle HU13 0AH (Ref: 25/00684/PLF) 

c) Erection of seven two-storey dwellings and one singlestorey dwelling with associated works and infrastructure on land allocated for housing development at Land North East of Springdale 1 North Street Aldbrough HU11 4QN (Ref: 25/01519/PLF) 

d) Erection of a single storey extension to rear and side, raise roof of existing lean-to extension and align with roof pitch to new extension, internal alterations to block up doorway to lobby, installation of steel beam following removal of wall to sitting room and widening of doorway from kitchen/ dining area into sitting room (revised scheme to 24/03748/ PLB) at Elm Tree Farm Church Road Molescroft HU17 7EN (Ref: 25/02223/PLB) 

e) Erection of a single storey extension to rear following demolition of existing conservatory at Bramley Hedge Waxholme Road Withernsea HU19 2BU (Ref: 25/01809/PLF) 

f) Erection of single storey extensions to form storage areas, covered seating area and construction of raised decking area (retrospective application) at The Granby North Church Side Easington HU12 0TN (Ref: 25/02210/PLF) 

g) Variation of Condition 4 (approved plans) of planning permission 25/00846/PLF (Erection of a single storey extension to rear) to allow amendments to the design of the extension at 5 Willow Grove Beverley HU17 8DS (Ref: 25/01946/VAR) 

h) Erection of a single storey extension to rear at 5 Willow Grove Beverley HU17 8DS (Ref: 25/02128/PLB) 

i) Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 22/04088/PLF (Change of use, conversion and alteration of existing traditional redundant agricultural buildings to form three dwellings, erection of a dwelling following demolition of existing redundant modern agricultural buildings and construction of new agricultural field access) to amend design of the new build dwelling to allow an additional bedroom and additional parking space at North Farm Rectory Road Roos HU12 0LA (Ref: 25/02096/VAR) 

j) Erection of a single storey extension and porch canopy to south elevation and window and door alterations to existing dwelling at North End Farm Cottage Station Road Ottringham HU12 0BJ (Ref: 25/01783/PLF) 

k) Variation of Condition 4 (approved plans) of planning permission 23/03857/PLF (Erection of 1.95m brick walls, 2.2m brick piers and 1.95m timber electric double gates following demolition of existing boundary treatment) to allow for minor amendments to previously approved boundary wall for ease of construction, to suit existing external levels and pedestrian access at Holly Cottage Godmans Lane Kirk Ella HU10 7NX (Ref: 25/02120/VAR) 

l) Erection of a single storey extension to rear following demolition of existing stores and conversion of existing integral garage into additional living accommodation at The Lodge Ryland Hill Brough Road South Cave HU15 2BU (Ref: 25/02011/PLF) 

m) Erection of an Agricultural Anaerobic Digestion (AD) Facility with associated plant, equipment and access tracks including underground pipework and landscaping at Land North East of East End Bungalow Ottringham Road Keyingham HU12 9RX (Ref: 25/01662/CM) Proposals (a,b,f,g,h,i,k,l) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (a,d,g,h) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposals (a,g,h,m) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (e,j,m) affect a public right of way. Proposal (m) is a major development.
