THE PROPOSAL
Proposed covered sport and recreational air dome, playing pitches, changing facilities, ancillary accommodation, car parking, landscaping and all associated site and access works.
SITE LOCATION
Lands consisting of existing playing fields on Northland Road, 250m North of St Marys College Derry BT48 0AN
A website displaying details of the proposed development presented at the public consultation event on the 11th March 2025 is available to visit at: ulster.ac.uk/campuses/derry-londonderry/dome with a facility for members of the public to provide comment relating to the proposed development. The website will be live until Monday 15th September 2025.
