The following will be determined under all/part of the above
25/01533/FUL - 17 Silksworth Hall Drive Silksworth Sunderland SR3 2PG. Mr Sam Riches is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of new porch and lobby extension to front, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a single storey extension to rear with new garden wall to side boundary.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.

25/01696/LOU - Proposed development at; 56-90 High Street West Sunderland SR1 3DP. Sunderland City Council is applying to Sunderland City Council in its capacity as interested Local Planning Authority for; Outline planning application for a mixed-used development which could include retail, food and drink, commercial, offices, residential uses and serviced apartments (Use Classes C1, C3, E and sui generis), demolition of the existing buildings (full or partial), demolition of the pedestrian bridge over St Mary's Boulevard, with associated infrastructure and landscaping works (all matters reserved except access)
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and is situated.within 10 metres of a relevant railway land. The application also relates to development intended to be carried out by the City of Sunderland.
The application relates to a proposal which affects the setting of the Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Bridge Street; Wearmouth Bridge; Monkwearmouth Rail Bridge; Elephant Tea Rooms, 64-66 Fawcett Street; Hutchinson’s Buildings, Mackie’s Corner and 110, 111 and 112 High Street West, which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest. The proposed development is in close proximity to the Sunniside Conservation Area boundary.
