PRE-APPLICATION COMMUNITY CONSULTATION
PROPOSAL: Part demolition of existing buildings and forecourt to provide new fuelling facilities with supporting EV charging facilities (reduction in the total number of filling bays from 8 to 6), redevelopment of existing retail site reducing the number of retail / hot food units from 9 to 7 (including EUROSPAR unit), removal of car wash and improved site access arrangements at Glenshane Road in Drumahoe.

Further to previous consultation, including a public consultation event in Londonderry YMCA on Wednesday 14th May 2025 and an online consultation during May 2025, an additional period of online consultation will be carried out with respect to this proposal to comply with new statutory regulations.
The additional online public consultation, lasting 28 days, will run between Friday 15th August and Friday 12th September 2025. Information on the proposal can be accessed by visiting

The Pre-Application Community Consultation process provides an opportunity for the public to view plans for this proposed development and provide feedback before a planning application is submitted to the Council.
