NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for: Proposed replacement of windows & doors with the installation of two new access ramps, at Stock Church of England Primary School, Swan Lane, Stock, Ingatestone, Essex, CM4 9BQ – CC/CHL/65/25 

Stock Church of England Primary School is situated within Stock Conservation Area. 

The proposal may affect the setting of THE COCK INN which is a Grade II Listed Building – 32.19 metres away. The proposal may affect the setting of 1 Mill Road which is a Grade II Listed Building – 39.51 metres away. 

Footpath/Bridleway PROW 235_27 may be affected by the proposal – 1.13 metres away.

Consultation on this application is open until 4 September 2025.
