TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
*R/2025/0386/CA: Reinstate front bay windows; external render finish to walls at 208 Coatham Road, Redcar
*R/2025/0387/CA: Reinstate front bay windows; external render finish to walls at 212 Coatham Road, Redcar
*R/2025/0444/CA: Replacement windows with UPVC; removal of render at 5 Eden Street, Saltburn
*R/2025/0445/CA: Alterations to boundary wall to create parking space at 50 Garnet Street, Saltburn
*R/2025/0463/CA: Part two storey/part single storey rear extension; rear dormer extension at 10 Stanhope Street, Saltburn *As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.

R/2025/0484/VC: Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 12 (adoptable road layout) and 13 (off-site highway works) of planning approval R/2023/0861/FFM for amended house types and related highways construction works at land at former Upsall House Care Home, Upsall House, Middlesbrough Road, Nunthorpe Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:
**R/2025/0457/FF: Change of use of land to form extension to existing builder's yard; Construction of garage/storage building; Siting of 2no. temporary storage containers and hardstanding/parking; 2.4m high fence at land at and adjacent to former Empire Garage, High Street, Boosbeck
