Diben y Gwrandawiadau yw i’r Arolygydd glywed tystiolaeth yn ymwneud â: Bioamrywiaeth a Buddiannau Ecolegol & Priffyrdd, Amodau a Rhwymedigaethau Cynllunio Sylwch, er bod y digwyddiadau’n agored i aelodau’r cyhoedd eu harsylwi, dim ond y rhai a wahoddwyd yn benodol gan yr Arolygydd sydd â hawl i gymryd rhan. Dylai unrhyw un sy’n dymuno arsylwi gyflwyno cais i Penderfyniadau Cynllunio ac Amgylchedd Cymru erbyn 21/08/2025 gan ddefnyddio’r manylion cyswllt ar waelod yr hysbysiad hwn. The Developments of National Significance (Wales) Regulations 2016 Application by: Cenin Renewables Ltd 

Application site: The site is located within the administrative boundary of Caerphilly County Borough Council. 

Land at Cil-Lonydd Farm between Newbridge to the west and Cwmbran to the east. 

Notice is hereby given that an Inspector appointed by the Welsh Ministers, H Davies BSc (Hons) MSc MRTPI will hold Hearing sessions on: 

04 and 09 September 2025 10:00 These sessions will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. Detailed Instructions will be provided to invited participants in due course. 

The purpose of the Hearings is for the Inspector to hear evidence relating to: Biodiversity and Ecological Interests & Highways, Planning Conditions and Obligations Please note that although the events are open to members of the public to observe, only those specifically invited by the Inspector are entitled to participate. 

Anyone wishing to observe should lodge a request with Planning & Environment Decisions Wales by 21/08/2025 using the contact details at the bottom of this notice.
