What is planned?

Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNCIL

North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: ZA25/27023/LBC.

Proposal: Listed building consent for external works to include partial re-roofing, installation of rooflights and removal of chimney, replacement stonework, repair of rainwater goods, removal of render and re-rendering, formation of new window opening, replacement of window openings with doorways, replace front door/installation of glazed door window and repainting of windows, formation of new gated entrance, partial demolition of garage, installation of new garage doors associated groundworks and reconfiguration of internal layout, install new doors and associated down takings for Mr & Mrs Matthew & Tracey Imison.

Location: Church Close 28 Church Street Gargrave BD23 3NE

Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Application No: ZA25/27071/FUL.

Proposal: Full planning permission for alterations and extension to surgery buildings, reconfiguration of car parking and associated renewable technologies/landscaping infrastructure and ancillary cycle and bin storage (partial demolition) for Dyneley House Surgery.

Location: Dyneley House Surgery Newmarket Street Skipton BD23 2HZ

Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA25/27183/LBC.

Proposal: Listed building consent to replace all windows to the front elevation with mock uPVC sash double glazed windows for Coniston Hall Estate.

Location: Church Close Farm Coniston Cold BD23 4EA

Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Application No: ZA25/27184/HH.

Proposal: Householder permission for a single storey rear extension for Mr Lionel Edwards.

Location: 3 Halsteads Terrace Duke Street Settle BD24 9AP

Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

The applications are available to view and for comment online at https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications/ or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 29th August 2025. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
