TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS (AMENDMENT) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2010

The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 28 August 2025 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

CHUTE PL/2025/06221 – Conholt Park, Conholt Lane, Conholt, Andover, Vary condition 2 (Capturing minor changes to the scheme under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990) for application PL/2023/02290; PL/2025/06214 – Vary condition 2 (capturing minor changes to the scheme) for application PL/2023/01783;

MERE PL/2025/06047 – Beaumont Business Centre, Woodlands Road, Reserved Matters Application for the Erection of 58 Residential Dwellings with Associated Amenities and Infrastructure Following Outline Planning Permission ref 20/07469/OUT;

SALISBURY PL/2025/05223 – City Hall, Malthouse Lane, Fascia above entrance replicating the former cinema’s curved design, with signage reinstated above the flat roof;

SEEDHILL AND SEMLEY PL/2025/06152 – Firarton, Semley, Replace 5 sash windows on front elevation;

STRATFORD TONEY PL/2025/06267 – Salisbury Racecourse, The Race Plain, Netherhampton, Restoration and repairs of Pubbing House;

SUTTON MANDEVILLE PL/2025/06126 & PL/2025/06326 – Ham Cross Farm, Chicksgrove Road, Tisbury, Alterations to the main dwelling including a replacement orangery & porch/convert outbuildings to ancillary residential accommodation/erect greenhouse/landscaping/other works;

TISBURY PL/2025/06153 – Wardour Castle, Wardour, Ground and first-floor windows refurbishment & re-decoration, reclaiming of late-Georgian fireplace and hearth stone with surrounding timber alterations in the south-facing rear bedroom on the first floor, removal of boarding on the window on the rear staircase leading from the ground floor to the first floor, re-arrangement of internal layout of the second floor with new staircase layout with alterations to the balustrade and new lightweight studwork partitions to bedrooms.
