Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by the City and County of Swansea as Local Planning Authority for planning permission for the following developments: 

A. APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT: 

SITE: PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 

17 St James Gardens Uplands Swansea SA1 6DY - Second floor extension and conversion and change of use of adult home (Class C2) to 5 flats (Class C3) (application for Listed Building Consent) (Ref: 2025/1660/LBC) 

17 St James Gardens Uplands Swansea SA1 6DY - Conversion and change of use of former adult home (Class C2) to a HMO for up to 10 people (application for Listed Building Consent) (Ref: 2025/1662/LBC) 

Members of the public can view all documents online at http://property.swansea.gov.uk. Should you wish to make any observations on these proposals, they can be made online at https://property.swansea.gov.uk no later than 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this Notice. 

If your comment is submitted online, you will receive an acknowledgement, however via any other method you will not. 

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, your comments, including your name and address, are open to inspection by the public upon request.
