I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:
FAKENHAM PF/25/1413 Installation of 40 x Tiger Neo 440W N-Type All Black Mono Solar Panels and the installation of a Fox ESS EP11 10.36 kWh Li-ion Battery; St Peter & St Paul Church, Oak Street, Fakenham, Norfolk for Fabric Officer John Mullins;

GUNTHORPE PF/25/1619 Conversion and extension of attached garage to create an additional bedroom, ensuite and dressing area; Clare Cottage, 30-31 Sharrington Road, Gunthorpe, Melton Constable, Norfolk, NR24 2PB for Ms Lucy Saxby;

WIGHTON PF/25/1603 Single storey garden room (2.4 x 4.2m in plan) to the rear of the property with fully glazed front elevation, a single glazed panel on each side and 2 fanlights at the rear (retrospective); Chalk Farm Barn, High Street, Wighton, Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk, NR23 1AL for Mrs Carolyn Williams;

The reasons for the advertisement are:

(k) In the public interest
These applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN. Comments on the application should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for Listed Building or Conservation permission is refused, there will be a right of appeal to the Secretary of State.
