I give notice that Tarmac Trading Limited is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission Variation of condition 4 of permission reference CM9/0805/73 to provide for an extension of time to complete approved mineral extraction operations. The application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Planning Department, South Derbyshire District Council, (available online at South Derbyshire Planning Applications) during all reasonable hours until 8 September 2025. A copy of the environmental statement may be obtained from David L Walker Limited, Albion House, 89 Station Road, Eckington, Sheffield. S21 4FW so long as stocks last, at a cost of £140 for a printed copy. Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 8 September 2025;

- by using the facility for representations about current planning applications available on the Council’s website www.derbyshire.gov.uk.
