WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:

b) WL/2025/00766: Fiskerton: A Walker: Fiskerton Village Hall, Ferry Rd: resurface car park & dropped kerb. (affects right of way)
c) WL/2025/00724: Marton: D Tudor: 3 The Old Courtyard: consent to replace windows & door
d) WL/2025/00771: Nettleham: Mr D Jackson: 10 High St: extension & alterations to dwelling
e) WL/2025/00779: Stow: G Ozique: 3A Church Rd: consent to create first floor & upgrading of walls.
f) WL/2025/00760: Snitterby: S James: Sabraon House, High St: change of use of existing dwelling to independent dwelling(affects right of way)
g) WL/2025/00762: Brampton: Mr C Buckingham: Manor Farm, Main St: discharge condition 1 of WL/2024/01035

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
