What is planned?
SOUTH DERBYSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL
The Council has under consideration the following applications:
Ref: DMPA/2025/0724 (Affects a Listed Building & the Setting of a Listed Building) Listed Building Consent for the demolition of an agricultural barn at Newton Park Farm, Newton Solney
Ref: DMPA/2025/0768 (Affects a Conservation Area & a Listed Building) Listed Building Consent for repairs to the roof & the addition of 2 roof lights at 31 High Street, Repton
Ref: DMPA/2025/0836 (Affects a Conservation Area & a Listed Building) Retrospective application for the erection of an extension to the rear of the outbuilding at 5 Chapel Street, Ticknall
Ref: DMPA/2025/0930 (Affects a Conservation Area & the Setting of a Listed Building) The variation of condition 7 (bat surveys) of permission ref. DMPA/2022/1288 for the demolition of existing dwelling (retaining the former Gatehouse) & the erection of a 2 storey 4-bedroom property at The Coach House, Well Lane, Repton
Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire. gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays)
This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
