The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.
25/P/00698 King George V Hall, Browns Lane, Effingham Creation of a community play zone, including a new toddler play area, accessible play equipment area, inclusive seating area, new and enhanced play equipment, multi-use games area (MUGA), new and relocated accommodation for the existing cafe, extended parking for the recreation area and new parking at the Milestone Gate.

25/P/01054 56 High Street, Guildford Listed Building Consent for 1 x set of flat cut lettering to existing background fascia, together with 1 x non illuminated projecting sign. 25/P/01074 St Johns The Evangelist Church, Stoke Road, Guildford Proposed replacement of a single external door on the rear elevation together with a new path.
25/P/01077 Cross Farm, The Street, Shackleford Listed Building Consent for the conversion of the existing outbuilding, erection of a glazed link, full refurbishment of the property including changes to the fenestration, replacement electrics & plumbing throughout together with internal alteration’s following demolition of the existing rear extension.
25/P/01078 Field Cottage, Bluebell Lane, East Horsley Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the variation of condition 2 (drawing numbers) of planning permission 25/P/00046, (approved 19/06/25 for a single storey side and rear extension, first floor/roof extension, front entrance canopy, replacement shed), alterations to existing wall materials and installation of solar panels) for the addition of dormer windows and alteration of rear glazing.
