APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following applications :- 25/00313/COU

Proposed change of use to 10no residential flats on lower ground floor and ground floor at Former Magistrates Court Northway Runcorn Cheshire WA7 2HA

25/00320/FUL
Proposed erection of 10no. residential dwellings including 6no. affordable homes with associated road infrastructure and plot landscaping at Land At Daresbury Park (Parcel B2) Daresbury Warrington WA4 4BB

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.

APPLICATION FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT
In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990, Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application(s):- 25/00318/LBC

Application for Listed building consent for a structural stud wall to be constructed (to give stability to the front wall) on the internal leaf which is strapped back to the existing construction through restraint straps and 4mm diameter stainless steel rods at 450mm vertical and horizontal centres. Timber noggins are to be placed between the floor joists and the joists are to be fixed back to the front wall by helifix bowtie restraint bolts. Also relocation of proposed internal staircase at 2A Church End Hale Liverpool L24 4AX
