Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
25/1023/FUL/LP: Land North Of Earls Lane, South Mimms. Construction of a solar farm (temporary for 40 years) with access off Earls Lane. Proposal would include the installation of solar photovoltaic panels to generate electricity (a 30 MW installation), with ancillary substations, inverters, perimeter stock fencing with CCTV, landscaping and other associated works. Reason: Major Development and Public Right of Way.
25/1063/HSE/HHO: 1 Arlingham Cottages, Blackhorse Lane, South Mimms, Potters Bar, EN6 3LQ. Single storey side and rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area.
25/0861/FUL/HHO: White Oaks, Wash Lane, South Mimms, Potters Bar, EN6 3QA. Retention of wall and electronic gate. Reason: Public Right of Way.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
