What is planned?
The following applications have been received for proposals which affect a Listed Building, Conservation Area or notice under Article 8 (Major Developments). Details may be inspected at the Town Planning Division, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher between 8.45am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Any written representations to be made to me within the 21 days of publication of this notice. Please note that in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any representations received will be made available for public inspection. 2025/1689 FUL - Ye Olde Swan Summer Road Thames Ditton Surrey KT7 0QQ Reconfiguration and redecoration of internal layout, removal of internal first floor staircase; external changes including new chair lift, redecoration of timber panelling and external facade and other associated works to the garden in association with application for Listed Building Consent 2025/1864.
2025/1722 HOU - 7 Station Road Thames Ditton Surrey KT7 0NU Rear roof extension incorporating rear rooflights to provide rooms in the roofspace.
2025/1732 HOU - 29 Arnison Road East Molesey Surrey KT8 9JF Part two/part single-storey rear extension and single-storey side extension following partial demolition of existing house.
2025/1864 LBA - Ye Olde Swan Summer Road Thames Ditton Surrey KT7 0QQ Listed Building Consent: Internal alterations including new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new lighting, removal of existing first floor staircase, changes to room layout and external alterations including a new external chairlift, redecoration of timber panelling and external facade in association with application for planning permission 2025/1689.
