Heart Of England, Meriden Road, Fillongley - Creation of new woodland incorporating an events track and obstacle course (including use by motor vehicles) within an existing grassland area of 5.3 hectares, with lakeside picnic area and conservation/drainage pools; change of use of the land from (default) agricultural to mixed recreational/forestry use, including creation of a construction/maintenance access route shown within the red line on the location plan = 3,700 square metres).
Reason: Development carried out on a site having an area of 1 hectare or more.
