HS/FA/25/00228 Second Floor Flat, 21 Stockleigh Road, St Leonards-onsea. Removal of existing timber sash windows and box frames and
replace with timber subframes and PVCu vertical sliding sash windows
HS/AA/25/00362 20A-32 London Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Internally
illuminated sign positioned inside the store window advertising deals,
produce ect. (amended description)
HS/FA/25/00379* 2 St Margarets Terrace, St Leonards-on-sea. Proposed
loft conversion including demolition of existing roof structure and raising of
roof level to accommodate a new top floor and terraces to the front and
rear of the building's top level
HS/AA/25/00403 209-210 Queens Road, Hastings. External alterations to
shopfront. 1no internally illuminated fascia sign. 1no internally illuminated
projecting sign
HS/FA/25/00404 29-30 Kings Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Variation of
conditions: 2 (approved plans), 8 (waste storage), 9 (cycle storage), 11
(roof terrace access) and removal of condition 14 (access to gate for bin
storage) of Planning Permission HS/FA/24/00362 Amendments - Removal
of refuse storage and amendments to wording of conditions that refer to
bin storage. Removal of condition 14.

AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/FA/25/00225 Saxon Mount School, Edinburgh Road, St Leonards-onsea. A New Build Ball Games Hall covering the two existing MUGA
Pitches (amended description). Proposed Amendment: High-level
windows added and increase in proposed building height (of 0.5m) to
11.8m (ground to ridge); revised drainage strategy; Construction
Management Plan added to avoid Highways pre-commencement
condition - see drawings and documents dated 23/07 & 29/07

Applications can be viewed online at www.hastings.gov.uk/planning or
using screens at the Community Contact Centre, Muriel Matters House,
Breeds Place, Hastings. Comments about applications can be made
online or sent to the Planning Services Manager within 21 days from the
date of this notice or 14 days for amended plans. An additional day will be
added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the
consultation period. Comments received are public documents and will
be published on the internet. Requests for confidentiality cannot be
accepted.
* Comments made on this application will be sent to the Secretary of
State if an appeal is received and dealt with under the 'written
representations' procedure. No comments can be made at the appeal
stage.
