For planning permission to: Demolition of Part 2 Storey/Part single Storey Building, Buttress as required, Clear Site and surface finish with type 2 Hardcore
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Rochdale MBC, Floor 3, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale. OL16 1XU.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
