Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
Application No. 10/25/00002: Land to the North of Shelthorne Hill, to the East of Shat Lane, Broomfield, Bridgwater, TA5. Erection of a holiday lodge on-site of existing (to be demolished) with associated parking space. This development may affect a public right of way.
Application No. 41/25/00006: 23 Gaunts Road, Pawlett, Bridgwater, TA6 4SF. Outline application with all matters reserved, for the erection of 1No. custom/self-build dwelling. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
Application No. 54/25/00013: Land At, Woolavington Road, Woolavington, Bridgwater, TA7. Outline application with some matters reserved, for the demolition of stable buildings and erection of up to 85 dwellings, with public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system (SuDS) & vehicular access point. This proposal is a major development & may affect the setting of a public right of way.
Application No. 37/25/00031: Land To The North Of, Clavelshay Road, North Petherton, Bridgwater. Erection of extension to existing agricultural building to house livestock. This application is of public interest.
Application No. 37/25/00032: Land To The North Of, Clavelshay Road, North Petherton, Bridgwater. Erection of extension to existing agricultural storage building. This proposal is a major development.
Application No. 08/25/00109: 83-85 Bath Road, Bridgwater, TA6 4PN. Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission Application No. 08/17/0012 (Erection of 10No. dwellings & creation of associated access & parking, on site of existing buildings (to be demolished.)) to amend the approved plans listed in schedule A, to allow for a change in surfacing of the courtyard & drainage, & the finished floor levels of Plots 5 & 6. This proposal is a major development.
