NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
Unit C Merlin Way, North Shields – APPLICATION NO: 25/00926/FUL
Project Padel Ltd is applying for planning permission for Change of Use from Industrial Unit (Use Class B2) to Indoor Sports facility (Use Class E) comprising 12 No. Padel Courts, 1 No. Pickleball Court, and Ancillary Facilities.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area to which the land to which the application relates is situated The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning web site at www.northtyneside.gov.uk or at our Quadrant East Offices between 0830-1300 Mon & Fri and 1300-1700 Wed.
If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the address shown at the end of this notice.
