PLANNING APPLICATIONS

The following applications have been submitted for planning permission and Notice is hereby given under:-

a. Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

25/00755/FULHH Two-storey side extension and basement. Sundial House 26 Main Street Goadby Marwood Leicestershire

b. Article 15 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015:-

25/00615/FUL Erection of 2 No. additional poultry houses with associated control room and feed bins.  The proposed development is to comply with higher welfare standards under the Better Chicken Commitment resulting in an overall reduction in the number of birds on site by 7000. Barn Lodge Farm Saltby Road Croxton Kerrial Grantham      

A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray, LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, from where comments can be submitted.

Any person who wishes to make representations to  the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection.

For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be  sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no  further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
