Determination as to whether prior approval is required (Schedule 2, Part 3, Class R) of the above Order) for the change of use of one section of an agricultural building to a flexible use within commercial/business/service falling within Use class E. The building is in 4 sections & this will make 3 sections as commercial & the remaining section will continue to be agricultural use.

Erection of 2 storey front extension with dormers. Removal of staircase & construction of single storey first floor extension. Part single & part 2 storey infill extension with front dormer & rear rooflights. Additional rear rooflight & changes to windows. Covered BBQ area.
