REGULATIONS 1990 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 5A
I give notice that Gresham Capital Limited are applying to Blackpool Council for Planning Permission for use of premises as 3 self-contained holiday flats on upper floors with commercial space (Use Class E) to ground floor following removal of chimney and blocking up of windows to side elevation, installation of new windows and rendering to all elevations, recladding of existing canopy, new front boundary wall and railings to Queen Street frontage and roof extensions in association with formation of a new roof terrace to include glazed screening. At 38-42 Queen Street, Blackpool, FY1 2AY. This proposal is
being publicised because it affects the setting of a Grade II Listed
Building. Quote Ref: 25/0285.
