MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
20250777 - Land And Buildings At Seacon Site, Tower Wharf, Lower Road, Northfleet, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 9BD - Application for removal of condition 3 attached to planning permission reference number 20241011 for extension of existing storage warehouse to provide a bagging and packaging facility for aggregates and cementitious products, incorporating extensions to both sides, a new warehouse section to the south and silos to the side; to allow the removal of the condition due to no new foul drainage.
20250763 - Land At Dalefield Way (East), Gravesend, Kent, DA12 2FL - Change of use of the land for open storage (B8 use) primarily for equipment and operations related to Dalefield Way Industrial Park (B8 use) with associated installation of hardstanding/surface treatment, security fencing/gates, access, a soft landscaping mound, and erection of temporary office cabins.
