NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION


Proposed development at: Land at the Former ATOS Origin Site, Walsall
Road, Cannock.


Take notice that application is being made by: Halsall Security Ltd.
For planning permission for: Development of a Mixed-Use Commercial
Development comprising of the Erection of a Food Retail Store (Use Class
E(a)), Office Building (Use Class E(g)(i)) and 20 no. units for general industrial
and /or storage/distribution (Use Class B2 and/or B8) with associated works
including access, car parking, infrastructure and landscaping.


Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted:
Cannock Chase District Council
Local Planning Authority address: Civic Centre, Beecroft Road, Cannock,
Staffordshire, WS11 1BG


Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations
about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the
date of this notice.
*“owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold
interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the
case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals,
a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land(other than oil,
gas, coal, gold or silver).
**“tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.

Statement of owners’ rights: The grant of planning permission does
not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless
there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.

tenants’ security of tenure.
