I give notice that Ecobat Resources UK Ltd is
applying to Derbyshire County Council for
planning permission for the Variation to the
location and quantity of hazardous substance
(Liquid Oxygen) within the site.
Details about how to inspect a copy of the
application, plans and other documents submitted
with it at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall,
Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, or at the Planning
Department, Derbyshire Dales District Council,
Town Hall, Bank Road, Matlock DE4 3NN during
all reasonable hours until 14th August 2025.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to
the County Council about this application should
do so by 14th August 2025.
