25/01223/S73 – Application to vary Condition 2(Plans) Condition 23(Disposal of surface water) and Condition 26(Drainage scheme) of PP 24/02098/S73M Variation of condition 31 attached to planning permission 15/00784/FULM to amend the wording of the condition to submit highway details within 18 months of commencement of development and prior to occupation. – Bulcote Farm Old Main Road 25/01224/S19LBC – Application for Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of PP 15/00785/LBC Listed Building Consent for the conversion of a Grade II Listed Farm Complex “Bulcote Steading” into 24 residential units (Use Class C3) and community building (Use Class F2). – Bulcote Farm Old Main Road
