What is planned?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
Lower Westfield Farm, Robin Hood Lane, Sutton Green, Guildford. PLAN/2025/0591/DR: Erection of a garage block and plant storage building following the demolition of two existing outbuildings.
2 Sanway Close, Byfleet, West Byfleet, Surrey. PLAN/2025/0601/DR: Erection of 3x dwellings (Use Class C3) together with associated car parking, cycle and refuse storage and landscaping, following the demolition of the existing retail unit and residential dwelling.
Horsell Grange, Kettlewell Hill, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2025/0605/CB: Application for Listed Building Consent for refurbishment and replacement of 8No timber single glazed windows and refurbishment and upgrading of 2No timber doors.
Byfleet Cricket Pavilion At Sports Ground, Parvis Road, Byfleet, West Byfleet. PLAN/2025/0495/BC: Proposed single storey detached pre-school building next to the existing children’s nursery portakabin.
Storage Barn West Of Swallows Nest, Blanchards Hill, Sutton Green, Guildford. PLAN/2025/0316/JS: Part change of use of storage barn to class E(d) (Indoor sport, recreation or fitness) with associated parking and access.
