ADVERTISEMENT UNDER SECTION 99(2) OF THE MAKING OF A
MODIFICATION ORDER
Planning permission for the erection of single-storey side extension to dwellinghouse and alterations to driveway to form off street parking space at 75 Fairthorn Road, Sheffield S5 6LY (ref: 25/01564/FUL).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sheffield City Council have made an Order under Section 97 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to the following extent modify the above planning permission as follows:
Other Compliance Conditions
5. No gate serving the new driveway hereby approved will, when open, project over the adjoining pedestrian pavement.
Reason: In the interests of pedestrian safety.
The Council have been notified in writing by the owner and the occupier of the land that they do not object to the Order.
Any person who will be affected by the Order and who wishes for an opportunity of appearing before, and being heard by, a person appointed by the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government must give notice in writing to that effect to the Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6PN not later than 7 September 2025.
If no such notice has been given by that date, the Order will take effect, by virtue of the provisions of Section 99(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, on 22 September 2025 without being
confirmed by the Secretary of State.
