this planning application seeks to increase the amount of
hazardous waste that can be accepted at the facility by
14,999tpa to 24,999tpa. (amended plans received).

previous planning approval LA08/2024/1441/S54 (mixed-
use development including residential development (53no.
units) and research + development units and associated
open space)
It is proposed to amend condition 20: provision of the
vehicular accesses, including visibility splays, shall be
provided in accordance with plan No 55B, date stamped
28th June 2021 [approved under LA08/2019/1595/F], prior
to the occupation of any other development that this access
is to serve, instead of prior to commencement. (Amended
