Maddiston Community Centre, 5 Parkhall Drive - 2nd Drop-in Consultation Event

What is planned?

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.

Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for proposed residential development, open space, associated infrastructure and access arrangements at land east of Innerdouny Drive, Maddiston (Local Development Plan Site Allocation H13).

The second of two drop-in consultation events will take place on Wednesday 20 August 2025 between 3pm and 7pm at Maddiston Community Centre, 5 Parkhall Drive, Falkirk, FK2 0AQ. During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals. If required, information is available by phone on 0131 240 5440 or in writing from Turley, 10 York Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EP. If you wish to make comments on the proposals shown at this event, you may do so via a feedback form available at the event, or in writing no later than 3 September 2025.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Falkirk Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Falkirk Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
